Job Description: As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Girl Power Talk, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through email marketing and multi-channel growth campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing and multi-channel growth campaigns to reach a diverse audience. - Building, analyzing, and continuously improving conversion funnels to enhance user acquisition and retention. - Conducting data scraping and competitive intelligence research to identify new audience segments and market opportunities. - Performing data segmentation to create targeted and personalized campaign strategies. - Leading funnel analysis to optimize user journeys and increase conversions. - Developing, implementing, and evaluating A/B tests for landing pages, creatives, messaging, and user experience. - Defining KPIs and growth goals, tracking performance metrics, and presenting insights-driven recommendations. - Collaborating cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to scale growth initiatives. - Ensuring strong data-backed decision-making and staying updated with emerging growth marketing trends and best practices. - Maintaining brand consistency and messaging uniformity across all marketing channels. - Leading, mentoring, and training team members to enhance growth capabilities and encourage continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing. - Proficiency in campaign management tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau), CRM & automation tools. - Strong understanding of paid acquisition, CRO, SEO fundamentals, and funnel optimization. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
