Associate, Growth Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing and multi-channel growth campaigns across online platforms.
• Build, analyze, and continuously improve conversion funnels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct data scraping and competitive intelligence research to identify new audience segments, market opportunities, and performance benchmarks.
• Perform data segmentation to build targeted and personalized campaign strategies.
• Lead funnel analysis to uncover drop-off points, optimize user journeys, and maximize conversions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate A/B tests for landing pages, creatives, messaging, and overall user experience.
• Define KPIs and growth goals, track performance metrics, and present insights-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to experiment and scale growth initiatives.
• Ensure strong data-backed decision-making with the ability to transform analytics into actionable outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging growth marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging uniformity across campaigns and all marketing channels.
• Lead, mentor, and train team members to build growth capabilities and encourage continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Should have 1-3 years of experience in growth/ performance marketing
• Proficient in campaign management tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau), CRM & automation tools
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, CRO, SEO fundamentals, and funnel optimization
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
