Associate, Global Supplier Services - Sourcing Manager

In this role as a Global Sourcing - Category Manager within Global Supplier Services at JPMorgan Chase, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement long-term category sourcing strategies for various Technology and Non-Technology spend categories. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different regions and manage sourcing, contracting, and execution for third-party supplier expenditures across JPMorgan Chase Lines of Business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and execution of multi-year category and supplier spend management strategies within assigned categories - Conduct detailed cost and spend analysis to identify target savings and cost reduction initiatives - Collaborate with LOB clients and stakeholders to define requirements - Identify qualified suppliers and manage the competitive process - Complete supplier due diligence and evaluate competitive offerings - Lead commercial term negotiations and contract development - Partner with regional Sourcing colleagues, internal stakeholders, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams - Identify new service opportunities to meet client needs **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree required (or significant experience in Category Management) - Minimum 4 years of experience in managing commodity or spend category spend (tech or non-tech) - Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of sourcing processes - Ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders - Thought Leadership and ability to drive continuous improvement - Market research and analysis skills - Change management experience - Project management skills - Business strategy alignment and risk management knowledge - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba analysis In addition, having an MBA and direct experience in specific Spend Categories such as Consumer Business Operations Equipment, Consumer Hardware / Maintenance, loan services, or other non-Tech categories would be beneficial. Experience with Proof of Concept (POC) and Legal Acumen in executing and amending complex legal Master Agreements and commercial agreement SLAs is highly valued for this role.,
