Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Retail Project Management Lead. The role involves overseeing retail project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and managing budgets and resources. You will develop strategies, address project challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations to achieve desired retail outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Organizational Skills: Strong project planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, team leadership capabilities, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to develop strategies, manage challenges, and align projects with business objectives.
• Retail Industry Expertise: Knowledge in retail operations, design processes, and client relationship management is an advantage.
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong skills in design and conceptualization, with an understanding of spatial layouts and retail environments.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and present confidently to clients.
• Experience in working on automotive industry is a plus.
