We are looking for a Associate finance (Fresher or Max 2-3 Years of experience )to join our team and support FP&A activities, focusing on cost and margin analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
Location: Noida 126 (Hybrid Mode)Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate reporting of costs, SG&A, overheads, margins, billing, and revenue- Prepare flash reports and conduct variance and trend analysis- Reconcile FP&A and accounting data with detailed variance commentary- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and operational decision-making- Partner with FP&A teams and stakeholdersExperience -0-3 Years Qualifications: MBA or BCom Freshers with a finance background
