Private Limited and SATS Food Solutions India Private Limited (“ Group ”) and be a key business partner to the management of the Group to ensure compliance within all regulatory and organizational framework while meeting the Group’s corporate and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Governance Develop a global editorial calendar covering events, awards, and sponsorships. Define content standards, tone, and guidelines across formats and channels. Align storytelling themes such as innovation, sustainability, and partnerships. Ensure consistent messaging and unified content direction across regions. Marketing Collateral Development Lead creation and updates of corporate decks, brochures, case studies, and sector-specific materials. Manage the central asset repository with proper taxonomy and version control. Ensure regional teams access and use up-to-date, brand-compliant assets. Social Content & Event Activation Partner with Digital Marketing to craft story angles and key messages for LinkedIn and other platforms. Develop content for major marketing events, sponsorships, and campaigns. Content Development & Coordination Prepare briefs for in-house or external creative partners. Coordinate timelines and approval workflows to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with Branding and Design teams for visual and copy consistency. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define KPIs for content usage, downloads, and engagement. Analyze insights and feedback to refine content strategy. Deliver quarterly performance reports with improvement actions. Data-driven decision-making in content planning. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or specialized master’s preferred. Minimum 10+ years in B2B content or marketing roles with global exposure; proven ability in content production, brand storytelling, and digital activation within matrix organizations. Aviation, logistics, or industrial sector experience is an advantage. Skills Strong editorial and storytelling ability. Expertise in branding initiatives, asset development, and value proposition building. Technical savvy to define KPIs and metrics. Experience in market analysis and working with cross-regional teams.
