You will be joining 9E Global as an Associate - Electrical with the mission to build a better world and shape the future of the built environment through innovative design solutions and commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Start winning business and developing new clients with agreed annual targets - Serve as an ambassador for the company - Build and maintain relationships with clients and architects - Represent 9E at new project interviews - Participate in marketing initiatives - Manage all aspects of a portfolio of projects as a Project Manager - Ensure project delivery, customer satisfaction, job profitability, cash flow, and quality - Motivate and lead professional teams to deliver client solutions - Present to clients and prepare project proposals - Procure project resources and plan projects - Ensure compliance with QA policy, HSE, and CDM requirements - Agree on design philosophy and review team deliverables - Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge of design principles - Lead a team of engineers, providing motivation, training, and development - Manage day-to-day work, resource planning, and profitability of the team - Contribute to the strategic direction of the business - Implement and follow QHSE policies and procedures - Comply with regulatory guidelines and report incidents promptly **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 12 years' experience in the relevant field - Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering - Chartered Engineering certification is an added advantage - Proven track record as a Project Engineer - Experience in Middle East projects preferred This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
