Key Deliverables:

Lead the central operations charter for Valmo (Meesho's logistics division)
Design SOPs that are user-centric, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business strategy
Manage internal and external stakeholders for operational initiatives
Drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies

Role Responsibilities:

Own the operational metrics for Fulfillment and Experience
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
Partner with analytics, product, and leadership teams to enhance user experience and reduce costs
Conduct data analysis to generate insights and identify areas for improvement
