Associate Director- Technology Delivery Manager (Integration)

Role Overview: At Prudential Health India (PHI), you will be part of a team dedicated to making Indians healthier while closing the health protection gap. As a Technology Delivery Management professional, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of a greenfield health insurance platform in India. Your responsibilities will include deeply understanding the long-term architectural direction, driving business requirements into low-level codable solution designs, and ensuring the delivery of technology artifacts to business stakeholders in a timely manner with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: - Deeply understand the long-term architectural direction and interactions between various applications - Drive business analysts and solution designers to convert business requirements into low-level codable solution designs - Identify and evaluate alternative design options to handle functional and non-functional requirements - Own the planning of technology delivery requirements and preparation of detailed design specifications - Ensure adoption and implementation of defined solutions and collaborate with technical teams for system integration plans - Lead governance forums to create harmony in application designs and delivery - Ensure extensions and additions to defined solutions are in line with evolving business and technology landscape Qualifications Required: - Experience in a Health Insurance product company, GCC, HealthTech, IT services company with Health Insurance vertical, or Health Insurance company - Proven experience as a Technology delivery leader with 8-18 years of overall experience - Ability to understand business strategy & processes and translate them into technology low-level design - Excellent collaboration and delivery tools skills like Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, MS Project, etc - Personal traits such as exceptional people management, collaboration, strong communication, problem analysis, innovation, hands-on approach, organizational skills, and vendor management - Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent; Suitable certifications for key skills - Fluent written and spoken English (Note: The job title may vary based on experience, expertise, and performance),
