To partner with us in this mission, we are looking for a talented candidate for the role of Technology Delivery Management. The title will depend on the candidate's experience, expertise, and performance. The title could be: - Technology Delivery Manager - Senior Technology Delivery Manager - (Asst. Director) Technology Delivery Manager This is a People Manager role with an experience requirement of 7 - 15 years. The location for this role is Mumbai only, and it is a work from office position. Job Profile Summary: PHI intends to build a cloud-native, microservices-oriented, loosely coupled & open technology platform that is tightly aligned with the health insurance domain. The platform is built anticipating change and expecting to be reused. The PHI platform will consist of multiple applications supporting different business functions, which are well-integrated and well-orchestrated. The applications could be COTS vendor software, Prudential Group software capabilities, or software built by the in-house PHI engineering team. The right candidate will be accountable to deliver technology artifacts to business stakeholders with speed, quality, and clarity on how technology and business requirements can be delivered and tested efficiently. We are looking for 3 candidates, each focusing on a specific business area: 1. Customer 2. Distribution 3. Core Job Description: - Deeply understand the long-term architectural direction and drive BAs and Solution designers to evaluate business requirements. - Contribute to identifying and evaluating alternative design options and trade-offs. - Own the planning of technology delivery requirements on time and with quality. - Ensure adoption and implementation of defined solutions and support change programs through technical plans & application of design principles. - Lead governance forums required to create harmony in application designs and delivery. - Ensure the collaborative nature of capabilities such as requirements, UAT, design, and engineering is coupled with tight governance around security, availability, and performance. Who We Are Looking For: Technical Skills & Work Experience: - Proven experience as a Technology delivery leader with overall experience between 8 - 18 years. - Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes and translate them into technology low-level design and deliverables. - Excellent handle on collaboration and delivery tools like Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, MS Project, etc. Personal Traits: - Exceptional builder of great people. - Highest standards of Collaboration & Teamwork. - Strong communication skills & ability to engage senior management strategically. - Excellent problem analysis skills, innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple initiatives, and prioritize effectively. Education: - Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; Suitable certifications for key skills. Language: - Fluent written and spoken English.,
