✅ Key Responsibilities

📊 Data & Analytics Delivery Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data analytics, and BI programs.

• Develop data delivery frameworks, KPIs, quality gates, and governance playbooks.

📦 Project & Technical Oversight

• Lead projects across data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehousing, big data platforms, and real-time analytics.

• Provide technical guidance in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Python.

👥 People Management

• Lead multidisciplinary data teams (data engineers, analysts, architects).

• Manage hiring, team ramp-up/ramp-down, delivery capacity planning.

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Own senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of business and technical outcomes.

• Review data strategies, solution architectures, and roadmap execution.

🛡 Governance, Risk & Quality

• Drive strong delivery governance, documentation practices, and risk control.

• Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, validation frameworks, and security compliance.

🤖 AI & Intelligent Automation

• Provide strategic understanding of AI Agents, advanced analytics, and ML enablement.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics delivery, or data platform leadership.

• Hands-on expertise with Azure/AWS data stacks, distributed processing, SQL/Python, ETL/ELT frameworks.

• Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), data governance, metadata, and MDM.

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise data initiatives.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.
