As an Associate Director in Talent Strategy Consulting at a Global MNC Organisation based in Mumbai, your role involves leading the delivery of complex projects across Talent and M&A solution areas. This includes areas such as Workforce and Organization Transformation and Talent Management. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Lead delivery of complex projects across Talent and M&A solution areas, including: - Workforce and Organization Transformation: Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, Work Redesign, Flexible Working, Re/Upskilling, etc. - Talent Management: Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management System, etc. - Lead practice development and thought leadership by articulating project learnings and trends into white-papers/ PoVs. - Customize global tools/offerings for the Indian market and present Client offerings and POVs in client seminars and industry events. - Lead business development for the allocated area through understanding client requirements, leading proposals, and solution development to drive profitable sales. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA from a premier institute. - 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR Domain & Consulting function with a proven track record in reputed organizations. Prior or current consulting experience is a must. - Strong understanding of various areas in HR. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Dynamic, motivated, flexible, and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
