Job Title: Associate Director / Studio Director Location: Kochi Experience Required: 15–18 years in architecture, with proven leadership in design and project delivery Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the offshore design/production team. Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs in line with the parent firm’s standards, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary liaison between the offshore team and headquarters, maintaining strong communication on project scope, progress, and challenges. Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, architects, and technical staff. Implement efficient workflows, quality control procedures, and performance metrics. Monitor resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and profitability. Drive continuous improvement in operations, design technology, and talent development. Oversee financial performance, including studio overheads, billing coordination, and reporting. Maintain compliance with local regulations and labor practices. Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in architecture. At least 15 years of experience in a similar role Extensive experience in project management within the architecture and design industry, managing large-scale projects. Proven experience in leading architectural teams and managing complex projects across various sectors. Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, principles, and best practices. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
