Placement Officer, 2-5 yrs exp, Kochi (Edapally) Job Title: Placement Officer Location: Kochi, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in placement or career services Preferred Qualifications: Any Degree/PG Experience in soft skills training is an added advantage Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel between three branches and conduct company visits Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with reputable companies to secure placement opportunities for students. Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements. Organize and conduct campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and company visits. Provide career counseling and guidance to students, including resume building and interview preparation. Monitor and track placement statistics, preparing regular reports for management. Collaborate with training teams to enhance students' employability skills. Ensure students are well-prepared for interviews and understand the expectations of potential employers. Qualifications and Skills: Any Degree/PG 2 to 5 years of experience in student placements or career services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners. Experience in organizing recruitment events and career workshops. Experience in delivering soft skills or employability training sessions.
