Associate Director Sales Media & Consumer Campaigns

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth for consumer campaigns by providing strategic and high-impact creative solutions to Brand and Marketing leaders. Your role will involve combining consultative sales expertise with campaign planning to ensure measurable ROI across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of revenue and pipeline targets, including accurate forecasting and diligent follow-ups. - Lead consultative solution selling by understanding client objectives and designing campaign mechanics (such as on-pack, cashback, gamification, sweepstakes) and media mixes (ATL/BTL/Digital/Retail). - Manage complex enterprise deals involving cross-functional stakeholders at Brand, Procurement, Legal, and CXO levels. - Develop and nurture key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery outcomes while identifying opportunities for upselling. - Conduct market analysis to stay updated on category trends, media spends, and performance metrics, thereby refining offerings. - Provide mentorship and guidance to a small sales team on deal strategy, proposal creation, and storytelling. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in B2B consultative sales and Media Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. - Solid background in media or marketing solution sales with a track record of delivering campaign ROI. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and at least one Indian language. - Willingness to engage in frequent travel, up to 50% of the time.,
