Job Description

As an AD Capability Development professional based in Hyderabad, you should have 10 to 14 years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years specifically in Quality within the BPO/BPM industry. Your role will involve working with Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Transformation methodologies, as well as exposure to AI, RPA, and automation-led quality transformation. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Prior experience in the Telecom/CMT domain will be beneficial.
