Job Description

As a Project Delivery Manager at Arcadis, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from GEC, working with senior stakeholders and operational project teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in developing the project delivery strategy and setting up the required multi-disciplinary GEC team to maximize GEC contribution on the project. - Bringing commercial acumen to deliver mid to large projects, ensuring all work and outputs meet project needs and objectives. - Developing and establishing systems and processes to standardize project delivery from GEC based on the specific needs of the Business Area country assigned and the ultimate clients. In this role, you will be accountable for: - Leading project implementation, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery standards meet client expectations. - Translating project objectives into plans, estimates, and schedules, managing budgets to meet profit and budgetary targets. - Analyzing data, schedules, and documents to provide advice and recommendations for project decision-making. - Leading a diverse project team, setting objectives, and reviewing performance to ensure project objectives are met. - Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with qualifications in financial/business management, client management, innovation, and leadership. - Preferably 15+ years of experience in the Engineering and Construction (AEC) services sector. - At least 7+ years of experience in pursuing and leading mid to large project teams within a multinational engineering or professional services firm. - Overseas experience is an advantage.
