Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiasticprofessional to become a part of our Private Markets division. In this role,you will collaborate with our global clients, acting as an integral extensionof their teams

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining highquality in the following workflows by establishing strong processes, performingquality checks, providing training, mentoring, and upskilling juniors:

Overseeing the requestintake process, including participation in project scoping calls to improveunderstanding and prepare detailed project scope documents.

Preparing and drivingthe content of client- and prospect-related materials, including pitches,proposals, client marketing materials, and other associated offering documentsand analyses.

Working with PrivateMarkets clients on various tasks, including but not limited to financialmodeling, credit analysis, performing investment due diligence, portfoliomonitoring and valuation, and middle and back-office tasks.

Motivating and managinga team of analysts, planning workflows, and liaising with global clients toensure that deadlines are met to the required standard.

Contributing to processimprovement and providing value additions to deliverables and automation oftasks.

Communicating clearlyand confidently with internal and external stakeholders, both in written andverbal forms.

Providing strategic thought leadership through theauthoring of blogs and whitepapers .

KeyCompetencies:

12-18 years of relevantexperience in any of the following backgrounds leveraged finance, debtadvisory, and public/private credit

Familiarity andexpertise in private credit will be an added advantage

Experience in, completedelivery set-up, smooth roll-out of services, managing Large teams (40+members) and the implementation of best practices, feedback mechanisms, hiringand training the team

Exceptional technicaland analytical skills, including financial modeling, underwriting skills,company research, portfolio monitoring, valuation and investment memopreparation

A masters in financeand/or a CFA/CA

A highly analyticalmind and a high level of attention to detail

Excellent written andspoken English communication skills

A strong work ethic

The ability to workindependently and meet deadlines under pressure
