Were seeking an experienced Platform Operations Manager - Linux & Storage to drive our global technical operations of Linux and Storage & Backup environment within our Infrastructure Hosting Platform. Youll be at the forefront to manage and lead the operations, management, and support of our enterprise Linux Server platform and Storage Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) capabilities hosted both on-premises and in Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the environment leading a team of L1- L3 Operations Engineers.
If you have good experience in leading and managing a team that s responsible for Linux and Storage & Backup operations, and thrive in large, geographically dispersed enterprise environments, this role is for you. You and the team will work with our most critical infrastructure, supporting sites in multi-datacenter stretch clusters. Our goal is to enhance infrastructure availability and reliability through repeatable patterns, innovative architectural designs, and improved observability to prevent outages and drive value across the organization.
In this role, youll provide technical expertise and leadership, guiding operations teams and collaborating with other platform infrastructure SMEs to deliver daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
Operations management
- Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.
- Incident, Change, Service Request and Problem management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor s / Master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications : Certifications in Linux and Storage & Backup technologies are a plus.
- Experience : Overall experience of 15+ years in IT infrastructure and Server/Storage platform operations with a minimum of 5 years in leading a team responsible for Linux / Storage & Backup administration and operations.
Additional Information:
- Role located in Hyderabad (relocation required)
- Availability to work flexible work hours is/may be required. This team will support continuous operations across two shifts and therefore, this role will require non-standard work hours, and some work on weekends and holidays. Appropriate adjustments in benefits will be provided for employees working non-standard hours where applicable.
