Associate Director - Operational Excellence

As an Associate Director of HHDDA Operational Excellence at MSD, you will play a pivotal role in aligning operational functions with strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence within the Pune Hub Operations and Delivery team. Your focus will be on daily operations, portfolio management, service delivery, and talent enablement to foster interaction, collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. By setting the right culture aligned with HHDDA Hub principles and objectives, you will contribute to the overall success of the hub. In this role, you will lead operational delivery to help scale and sustain the HHDDA hub in Pune, India. Working closely with functional leaders based in HHDDA India, you will ensure a cohesive approach that drives culture, ways of working, and seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers as part of the Operational Excellence capability. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Hub operational excellence team and functional capability leads to ensure alignment with the overarching hub strategy and operating principles. You will assess and address talent acquisition and management needs in collaboration with Capability Leaders and People Managers. Additionally, you will co-create standards and processes, establish mechanisms for visibility and access, and conduct regular operational reviews to monitor hub health. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to promote HHDDA to external audiences, partner with local academia, and participate in relevant Data & Analytics conferences to attract talent and build a strong brand presence. You will summarize site-level themes for the Hub and HHDDA LT, liaise with local points of contact for enabling functions, and monitor the onboarding experience for effectiveness and areas of improvement. Your role will also involve developing strategic presentations and roadmaps, establishing and monitoring site-level KPIs, managing the financial requirements of the hub, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with established practices. Additionally, you will maintain a forward-looking view for the hub to drive ongoing transformation and execution of the operating model. Ideal candidates for this position should have SAFe, Scrum, and Six Sigma certification or relevant experience to effectively lead operational excellence initiatives within the HHDDA Hub Operations at MSD.,
