Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at the property, your role involves completing the marketing plan and managing all e-commerce opportunities. You will need to develop a good working relationship with tourism bureaus and community leaders to ensure successful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions on a region-wide level. - Develop a leisure marketing plan focusing on rate offers, packages, and programs to increase occupancy. - Manage and update all websites related to the property. - Coordinate offers and information for publications and inserts, specifically focusing on brand loyalty reward mailings. - Create brochure and property collateral materials. - Participate in property imaging work such as signage. - Analyze and interpret relevant reports for marketing recommendations, including DMA source market reports and tracking. - Review and analyze website and email campaign tracking for both individual property sites and corporate campaigns. - Ensure consistent marketing messages across all advertising and collateral efforts. - Manage the marketing budget and provide ROI analysis for promotions and campaigns. - Evaluate new marketing opportunities for the property and ensure representation on quality internet sites. - Work closely with Convention Bureaus and Chambers of Tourism. - Develop a strategic marketing plan for the property, encompassing group, leisure, and local efforts. - Plan and supervise photo shoots keeping property and brand image goals in mind. - Identify and communicate with distribution channels to increase property occupancy. - Provide sales channels with creative tools for marketing. - Act as a liaison between corporate and individual properties for program rollouts. - Work with media buyer for advertising planning and execution. - Assist in developing promotions for campaigns and presentations to owners. - Maintain detailed files on marketing materials and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. - Approve all invoicing through MarrCom office. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 2 years of sales and marketing experience, or a 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with no work experience required.
