Role Overview: The Visual House, an award-winning production house and communication agency led by visionary CEO Ms. Deepmala, is looking for an Associate Director - Non Fiction for a full-time on-site role in Faridabad. Specializing in various content types, you will oversee the creation of non-fiction content from pre-production to post-production. Your creative and managerial skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of content projects. Key Responsibilities: - **Editorial Leadership:** Lead the non-fiction editorial team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship for high standards of content creation and delivery. - **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement editorial strategies for non-fiction projects aligned with company objectives and audience needs. - **Project Oversight:** Manage the end-to-end process for non-fiction content, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - **Writer & Contributor Management:** Source, recruit, and collaborate with talented non-fiction writers, experts, and contributors to maintain strong relationships and foster creativity. - **Quality Control:** Review and edit non-fiction content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial guidelines, ensuring engaging and factually sound content. - **Market Insight:** Stay informed on industry trends and audience preferences, adapting content strategies to maintain relevance in a competitive market. - **Collaboration:** Partner with other departments such as marketing, design, and production teams for seamless integration of content into various formats and platforms.
