Associate Director

As an Associate Director at our forward-thinking global media/ marketing agency, your role will involve leading and growing among digital media professionals, representing the agency in the industry, and contributing to revenue growth by leading important pitches and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and leading successful campaign executions for high-budget digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Working with local regional leaders to define and implement new business strategies. - Designing multi-platform digital marketing strategies to exceed client KPIS. - Building and nurturing client and partner relationships to sustainably grow the business. - Developing a culture of high work ethics and quality. - Managing prospective client relationships and defining strategies to grow billings. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong fundamental understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, and Mobile measurement platforms. - 8-10 years of digital marketing/ media experience with strong agency experience preferred. - 3-4 years of proven experience in leading a team in the digital marketing/ media space. - Technical understanding of digital media ecosystem including attribution, mobile measurement platforms, and data privacy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering presentations and pitches. - Strong relationships with brands and partners. - Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a keen interest in consumer and business trends.,
