Associate Director

Your role involves transforming product requirements into technical designs and implementations to contribute significantly to the growth of the firm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using Swift/Kotlin and React Native. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to ensure reliability and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and follow best practices. - Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in mobile app development. - Work closely with designers to implement and refine user interfaces. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile apps with server-side systems. - Ensure applications meet established requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. **Qualifications Required:** - 11-15 years of solid understanding in mobile app development, including UI development, data handling, and performance optimization. - Proven experience in iOS and Android application development. - Proficiency in React Native, Swift/Kotlin, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with mobile design patterns and guidelines. - Knowledge of iOS frameworks and libraries like Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics. - Experience with RESTful APIs integration, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD processes. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
