Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  presales cycles

  : RFP/RFI responses, solution design, pricing, and client presentations.
• Develop tailored

  BPO solutions

  using automation, analytics, and IP accelerators.
• Engage with clients, sales, and delivery teams to shape deal strategies and construct commercials.
• Conduct solution workshops and represent the firm in client-facing discussions.
• Build domain assets, frameworks, and thought leadership to drive solution effectiveness.
• Mentor solution consultants and support internal capability building.

Required Experience

• 15+ years in insurance BPO, with 8+ years in presales and solutioning.
• Deep knowledge of

  P&C / Commercial Insurance

  (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy admin).
• Proven track record in global BPO pursuits and deal structuring.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
