Job Description

As an associate director at Strivajin Foundation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in coordination, liaison, campaign, event management, fundraising and training, and business development with Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and social media marketing. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive our organization towards success through their strategic thinking and innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms.
Manage and analyze data using Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Create impactful presentations using MS-PowerPoint to communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Represent Strivajin Foundation at events and conferences to build partnerships and expand our network.
