Associate Director - Implementation Conversion(QA, Automation)

Job Description: As a Senior QA Manager at FIS, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing test strategy and automation plans for Clients globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the delivery of projects, acting as the first point of contact for Portfolio Managers, and ensuring holistic responsibility for Project Delivery. - Collaborating with Portfolio Managers to assist as necessary outside of project delivery as needed. - Directly interacting with Customers and Professional Services SMEs globally. - Establishing best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency. - Estimating, designing, executing, and reporting on end-to-end test automation plans. - Monitoring and managing project progress and status reporting to Clients and Internal Stakeholders. - Proactively managing resourcing for the entire area and executing a sustainable hiring strategy. - Managing customer expectations and relationships, and identifying and managing risks with mitigation plans. - Contributing to industry-wide best practices and continuous process improvements via automation and other methodologies. - Ensuring projects are delivered in line with FIS process and methodologies. - Demonstrating capability to understand pricing models and help pitch to new prospects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum BS/BSc/BTech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Key Skills: - Leadership experience of at least 6+ years in software quality assurance. - Ability to estimate, design, execute, and report on end-to-end test automation plans. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Good Project, People, and Client Relationship Management skills. - Exposure to Automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Keyword Driven, Data Driven. - Knowledge and exposure to Source Code Management tools like GIT, BitBucket. - Basic knowledge of SQL queries. - Exposure to Project/Defect/Test Management tools like JIRA, ALM. - Desire to increase knowledge and skills continuously.
