Associate Director - HR Consulting (client facing)

As an HR Consultant at Talent Sutra, you will have the opportunity to partner with organizations to unlock their people potential through Recruitment, Training, and Wellness programs. You will work closely with clients to understand and address their talent-related challenges, combining strategic problem-solving with business development efforts to bring in new clients and expand our network. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with client organizations to identify their talent needs and challenges such as hiring, retention, and leadership development. You will develop and deliver customized HR solutions, frameworks, and strategies to meet these needs, conducting needs assessments, workshops, and consultations with client leadership teams. Managing end-to-end client relationships will be essential to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable results. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching prospective clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams to design and deliver training, recruitment campaigns, and wellness initiatives will also be part of your role. It is crucial to stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices to provide fresh insights to clients. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in an HR consulting role, with a strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills are necessary, along with a proven track record of business development or client acquisition in a service-based industry. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortably interact with C-suite and senior leadership is essential.
