JobAssociate Director (Fintech Policy & Operations)The Associate Director (Fintech Policy & Operations) (AD - FPO) at UFF is a senior role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, managing member and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the association's alignment with its mission to foster a robust and innovative digital lending ecosystem. The AD will assist the CEO in driving impactful programs and enhancing UFF's influence in the fintech industry.
Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead, own and execute strategies to strengthen UFF’s impact in the fintech ecosystem.
- Support the CEO to create and implement a roadmap for growth, public policy, advocacy and other functions.
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline and own internal processes to ensure efficient execution of initiatives and events.
- Oversee and own UFF’s daily operations, managing cross-functional teams and resources.
- Knowledge Co-creation and Industry Collaboration:
- Develop position papers, research reports, and policy recommendations.
- Foster relationships with industry partners and other associations to build strategic alliances.
- Engage with external stakeholders to represent the voice of the fintech sector.
- Governance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and UFF’s governance policies. Regular engagement with Policymakers and Regulators.
- Maintain transparent reporting systems for financials, member updates, and key initiatives.
- Multitasking :
- Any other task assigned by reporting manager time to time.
