Role Overview

Associate Director Event Management Marketing

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing all aspects of events, including digital and on-ground brand visibility, logistics, vendor management, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial accountability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to maximize event impact and reach.
  • Build and enhance effective SOPs with clear communication on roles, responsibilities, and escalation path. Implement a transparent communication strategy by using multiple channels for updates on event status and encouraging open feedback.
  • Oversee post-event evaluations, analyzing attendee feedback and metrics to continuously improve future events.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to innovate and elevate our event offerings.
