Associate Director - Due Diligence

You will be working as a Director in the Corporate Finance & Investment Banking department in Mumbai. Your primary role and responsibilities will include: - Independently identifying and generating ideas and solutions for financial solutions, collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities and leading origination meetings. - Creating and managing strong relationships with corporates and fund houses at senior positions. - Advising clients on financial solutions such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises. - Guiding the team in preparing marketing pitchbooks, industry research, business analysis, financial modeling, and other deliverables across various industry segments within specified timelines. - Managing the execution of transactions, from research and information memorandum preparation to transaction structuring, documentation, and deal closing. Qualifications required for this role are either a CA or MBA with at least 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Investment Banking.
