Associate Director - Due Diligence

As an experienced and dynamic Associate Director in the Due Diligence field, your role will involve leading due diligence projects, conducting research and analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing due diligence processes from start to finish, conducting thorough research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, and interpreting, evaluating, and analyzing information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available information on the target business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee due diligence processes from start to finish - Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential investment opportunities - Interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available information on the target business - Production of quality deliverables (including Excel and Power Point documents) within agreed timescales, briefing Partner/Director accordingly - Evaluate the operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital & cash flows considerations, net debt etc. - Identifying key issues related to the deal, assessing their impact on valuation/ price consideration, and advising on ways to address the issues - Identify risks and opportunities associated with transactions - Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners - Create and manage good independent relationships with clients - Work on Business development, proposals, and cost estimates Qualifications: - Chartered accountant - Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in due diligence - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Proven track record of successfully leading due diligence projects,
