Job Description

Role Overview: By driving structured internal coordination, you will ensure the completeness of the products and services brought forward to clients and partners. You will institutionalize a repeatable internal readiness process, bringing transparency and consistency to preparing new solutions for external launch while maintaining agility and responsiveness as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities: - **Internal Product Readiness Framework** - Define and maintain a structured internal readiness framework for new products, enhancements, and market launches. - Align relevant internal stakeholders to the framework and drive clarity on ownership and expectations. - **Cross-Functional Coordination** - Partner with various functions including Engineering, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Pricing, Analytics, and Customer Success to identify pre-launch dependencies. - Track progress of each internal component, ensure readiness milestones are met, and coordinate resolution of blockers. - **Process and Documentation Coordination** - Identify and progress all required documentation for product readiness such as SOPs, pricing models, legal templates, etc. - Collaborate with different teams to articulate requirements for new products, ensuring central visibility and consistency of documentation. - **Readiness Milestone Tracking** - Maintain visibility on readiness progress using trackers or dashboards. - Communicate status updates, identify bottlenecks, and escalate where necessary. - **Handoff to Commercialisation** - Collaborate with Commercialisation and Enablement colleagues for a smooth transition post internal readiness. - Support downstream handover with context, documentation, and knowledge transfer. - **Post-Readiness Learning & Optimization** - Conduct post-launch retrospectives to refine the readiness model based on lessons learned. - Iterate and optimize the readiness model for speed and scalability. Qualifications Required: - **Required Experience:** - Associate Director level with 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in matrixed organizations or scaling businesses. Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of internal go-to-market dependencies, especially across legal, compliance, operations, technology, and product. - Proven ability to lead large-scale coordination efforts without direct authority. - Highly structured and organized with excellent program management skills. - Clear and confident communicator at working team and leadership levels. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a balance of structure and flexibility. - Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
