Job Description

Own the product backlog and act as the voice of the customer and business in the agile delivery team.

Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for client-facing security services.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business, security, compliance, technology) to gather requirements and align priorities.

Break down high-level business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Work closely with engineers, testers, architects, and UX designers to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security standards, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2), and regional requirements.

Continuously refine backlog based on feedback, user analytics, and market trends.

Serve as a subject matter expert in security solutions, staying up to date on industry trends and innovations.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and work with other product owners to deliver integrated security services and solutions.

Present product updates, roadmaps, and delivery progress to senior leadership and governance boards.
