Cyber Security Engineer

Role Overview:

Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain

  cloud security

  controls across Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Manage and monitor

  network security

  configurations, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Oversee

  Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  processes, ensuring secure and least-privilege access.
• Perform

  vulnerability management

  , including scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation tracking.
• Utilize tools like

  CrowdStrike

  and the

  Microsoft Security suite

  (Sentinel, Defender, Azure Security Center, etc.) to detect, investigate, and respond to incidents.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices across systems.
  
• Support compliance and audit activities by maintaining up-to-date security documentation.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–7 years

  of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of

  cloud security

  principles (preferably Azure).
• Hands-on experience with

  network security

  tools and configurations.
• Proficiency in

  IAM

  frameworks and access control management.
• Solid experience in

  vulnerability assessment and remediation processes

  .
• Working knowledge of

  CrowdStrike

  and

  Microsoft Security tools

  (Azure Defender, Sentinel, Intune, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  incident response

  and

  SIEM

  monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
