Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security speciallist with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Security Suite and Azure . This role is ideal for a professional who can design, implement, and optimize secure cloud solutions for a growing managed services environment. The primary focus will be Office 365 security hardening, compliance, and endpoint management , with opportunities to contribute to broader Azure-based projects. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Office 365 security solutions , including: Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management) Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Email, Cloud Apps) Microsoft Intune (Device & App Management) Microsoft Purview / Compliance (DLP, Information Protection) Configure and manage E5 security features for advanced threat protection. Lead O365/Azure security assessments and recommend best practices. Implement conditional access, MFA, and identity governance policies. Support endpoint security, compliance baselines, and mobile device management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with security and business requirements. Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. Communicate with Clients on timely bases Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365 administration & security. Proven expertise in: Azure Active Directory / Entra ID E5 Security Stack (Defender, Purview, Compliance) Intune device management Conditional Access & MFA Strong understanding of cloud security design and implementation . Experience creating technical documentation and solution designs. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract-based capacity. Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, MS-500, AZ-104 ) are an asset. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Azure infrastructure (VMs, Networking, RBAC) . Exposure to hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD). Familiarity with NIST/CIS or ISO security frameworks .
