Associate Director/ Director

As an Associate Director/Director Product for Upstox for Investors, you will be on a mission to simplify trading and investing to make it easily accessible to the masses. Your role will involve defining and driving the product vision, developing and executing the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, making data-driven decisions, mentoring the product management team, and ensuring customer-centricity in all product decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the product vision aligning with business objectives and customer needs for the Wealth product (Upstox for investors). - Create and manage a product roadmap balancing customer needs and company resources. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for effective product delivery. - Leverage market research, customer feedback, and performance analytics for informed product decisions. - Mentor and lead the product management team for consistent performance and growth. - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization and ensure customer-centricity in all product decisions. - Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners. Qualifications Required: - 8 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. - Ability to develop and execute high-level product strategy while understanding operational constraints. - Strong experience in gathering customer insights and implementing actionable product improvements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making. - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. - Capability to work with ambiguity and make progress with limited information.,
