Associate Director - Business Development - Beauty

As a dynamic and strategic business development leader at Myntra, you will be spearheading the international expansion for the Beauty & Personal Care portfolio. Your role will involve identifying new markets, building global partnerships, and driving revenue growth across geographies. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in Beauty & Personal Care, along with the following qualifications: - MBA or equivalent in Marketing, International Business, or related field. - 9-12 years of experience in international business development, specifically from the Beauty & Personal Care background. - Strong understanding of global distribution models, trade regulations, and cultural dynamics. - Demonstrated success in launching and scaling brands in international markets. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. Your key responsibilities will include: - International Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets with high growth potential for beauty and personal care products. - Strategic Partnerships: Forge and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and other key stakeholders across global markets. - Product Strategy & Localization: Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to tailor offerings for regional preferences, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances. - Go-to-Market Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM strategies including pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and promotional planning. - Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, product certifications, and import/export compliance. - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, consumer trends, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
