Associate, Development (Fundraising)

As an Associate, Development (Fundraising) at Teach For India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engagement team to build deep partnerships with existing donors, create custom volunteering engagement activities, generate high-quality reports and proposals, and ensure operational excellence in day-to-day activities. Your work will directly contribute to the organization's mission of developing leaders and promoting educational equity in India. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Manager/Senior Manager/Director to renew efforts for existing donors including CSR, Foundations, and Individuals. - Strengthen donor cultivation and engagement through targeted stewardship touchpoints, customised engagements, and high-impact communications. - Assist in setting up centralised engagements, sourcing and creating quality engagements across regions. - Design and develop quarterly reports as per donor requirements, including data collection, analysis, and editing stories. - Coordinate with cities to gather Fellow stories and regional updates, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. - Maintain up-to-date donor data in Salesforce, drive progress-to-goal projections, and ensure adherence to governance structures and policies. - Collaborate with operations track leads to improve internal processes, support fund utilization, and provide administrative assistance. - Contribute to team goals, serve as a brand ambassador, and support key organizational areas such as Recruitment, Selection, Fundraising, Volunteering, and Movement Building. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 2+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in writing proposals and reports. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and data analysis abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and running targeted online campaigns. - Effective project and time management skills. - Interpersonal skills to build relationships and ensure collaboration. - Commitment to Teach For India's mission and values, integrity, and accountability.,
