Associate Delivery Manager, Data Warehouse

As a Senior Consultant at Beghou Consulting, you will play a crucial role in leading client projects focused on developing Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems for pharmaceutical and life science firms. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project components, advising on strategy, managing client interactions, and driving high-quality deliverables to enhance commercial operations and boost sales performance. You will be tasked with leading project teams in the design and development of MDM projects, including configuration of internal MDM platform and creation of MDM specific deliverables. Additionally, you will work closely with project leadership to define project scope, conduct issue analysis, and develop recommendations for clients and internal teams. Your role will involve assuming project management responsibilities for MDM implementation, including managing client communication, leading meetings, and ensuring timelines are met. You will collaborate with diverse teams globally and utilize coding to facilitate data processing and reporting. Furthermore, you will provide project leadership for team members, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about project outcomes. Your strong project management, people management, and analytical skills will be essential in driving successful project delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree with 7 to 9 years of professional experience, preferably with CDW and MDM experience in the US life sciences industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong coding skills in Python, and excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment.
