This is a position with hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities The successful candi will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization Key Responsibilities Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of highquality results Required Skills At least 2+ years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and teams Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault tolerant microservices
