Associate Data Analyst

As an Associate Data Analyst at Dentsu in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - **Cleanroom Data Strategy**: - Work with data cleanrooms such as Google Ads Data Hub and Meta Advanced Analytics to ensure privacy-compliant analysis and extract insights related to audience, campaign, and conversions. - **Client Engagement**: - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide customized analytical solutions. - **SQL-Based Analysis**: - Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and visualization. - **Media Platform Analytics**: - Analyze data from digital media platforms like Google Ads, DV360, CM360, and Meta Ads Manager to identify trends, optimize spending, and support business decisions. - **Cross-functional Collaboration**: - Collaborate with internal product, strategy, and marketing teams to align analytics with business goals and assist in scaling practice areas. - **Insight Communication**: - Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - **Innovation & Best Practices**: - Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, templates, and workflows for cleanroom analytics and media measurement. As for the technical skills required: - **SQL Proficiency (Preferred)** - **Media Platform Expertise** - **Cleanroom Knowledge (Preferred)** - **Python (Preferred)** - **Visualization Expertise (Preferred)** - **Experience in working with other programming languages like R, JS etc.** In addition to technical skills, the following non-technical skills are essential: - **Communication** - **Client Management** - **Analytical & Logical Thinking** - **Team Collaboration** - **Adaptability** Preferred Qualifications for this role include: - 4 years of experience in digital media analytics, data analysis, or similar roles. - Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or directly in brand analytics teams. - Exposure to marketing effectiveness measurement such as lift studies, incrementality, or MMM is a plus.
