About the Role:

Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as

    Zoho CRM

    or

    Google Sheets

  • Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
