We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Meet individual and team performance goals (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT). Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in any discipline. 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer support or related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using helpdesk software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
