Description
As an Associate Customer Service Trade Finance at Deutsche Bank, you will be an integral part of the Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) team in the Corporate Bank. Your role will focus on providing top-quality support to Corporate clients in the US for various trade-related transactions such as Trade/Trade Loans/Supply Chain Finance. In addition to this, you will be responsible for conducting product-based training for clients, setting up/service of supply chain Finance module & Risk Management solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating Trade Transactions internally with operations, compliance, product, and other stakeholders, as well as engaging with clients to ensure smooth execution of trade transactions - Collaborating with senior bankers on analyzing and developing transaction ideas, structuring solutions for trade finance, and discussing with clients for solution enablement - Providing regulatory guidance and inputs on Trade Finance including Central Bank Directives and Country-specific regulatory guidelines to clients - Assisting clients in executing various types of Trade Finance documentation such as Trade Flow transactions, Documentary Credits/Guarantees, and other trade products - Maintaining static data on TF & related platforms, conducting client service reviews, and identifying areas for improvement - Assisting in data extraction/MIS preparation for clients and key stakeholders - Promoting and enabling implementation of digital solutions to Corporate clients, working on mandated Trade Finance transactions as part of deal teams - Engaging with stakeholders for compliance and Audit requirements, streamlining processes, facilitating MI, and Analytics - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Loan documentation, loan bookings, and post-loan booking processes To qualify for this role, you should have: - Post Graduate qualification with more than 6 years of experience in Trade Finance roles - Comprehensive knowledge of Banking products in General, Trade finance, and Lending in particular - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work under tight timelines and US business hours with diligence and efficiency - Proficiency in using MS Office - PowerPoint and Excel - Strong academic background Deutsche Bank strives to create a culture where employees are empowered to excel together every day by acting responsibly, thinking commercially, taking initiative, and working collaboratively.
