Associate Customer Service Manager

The role of Associate Customer Service Manager in Rural Banking involves managing and expanding the retail banking business of the branch in a cost-efficient and technologically effective manner. As the leader of customer service and branch operations, you will oversee daily branch maintenance and act as the primary custodian of all Rural Banking documents. Your responsibilities include providing operational support for Rural and semi-urban retail products, ensuring seamless customer life cycle management, fulfilling customer requests, and delivering top-notch service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day branch operations and administration in strict compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. - Ensuring efficient branch operations and service delivery to customers in the rural network. - Handling data entry tasks such as application forms, customer IDs, and account creation. - Conducting file/document checks including KYC verification and loan document verification. - Managing cash transactions and clearing activities. - Maintaining a high audit rating for the branch. - Focusing on delivering exceptional service to both external and internal customers. - Collaborating as a strategic business partner to implement operational and regulatory practices like compliance, lending operations, and operational risk management. - Supervising quality initiatives within the operations team to optimize processes, improve turnaround time, and enhance service level agreements. - Utilizing tools such as automation and digitization to enhance process efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduation degree in BA/BCom/BBA/BSc/BTech/BE or any other relevant discipline. Additionally, you should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in banking or related businesses.
