Associate Customer Experience

Role Overview

As an Associate - Customer Experience, you’ll be the face of Codeyoung for our global customers. You'll own customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure every learner has a seamless experience.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Shift: Night/Day Shift

Experience: 0–2 years

CTC: ₹4.5LPA

Probation: Initial 2 months of probation with a stipend of INR 20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Codeyoung’s customers.
• Act as a single point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of learning goals.
• Track client progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver delightful service experiences that build trust and loyalty.

What we are looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success/Support (Freshers welcome!)
• Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure
• High empathy, ownership, and a strong learning attitude
• MBA preferred; prior experience with US clients is a plus
