The Associate Credit Operations Manager – Retail Assets

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle original property documents related to loan applications.
• Execute on-ground disbursal activities such as cheque management and preparation of documents for legal vetting.
• Collaborate with sales and credit teams to resolve documentation-related queries promptly.
• Liaise with legal and technical vendors for document verification and validation.
  

• Manage a team of local operations officers responsible for post-disbursal checks and collection/scanning of physical documents.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and TATs for end-to-end loan disbursal processes.
  

• Graduation: Any discipline full time
  

Experience

• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in credit operations or loan disbursal processes.
  

• Strong understanding of loan documentation and disbursal procedures.
• Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
• Ability to lead and manage operational teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and time management abilities.
