As a **Credit Manager-Commercial Vehicle** in the Retail Underwriting department, your role involves managing a team and collaborating with the sales team to achieve the assigned area's targets. Your direct interaction with consumers is crucial for assessing their creditworthiness, completing verifications, and following company credit policy guidelines. Your tasks should be sales supportive while mitigating risks to contribute to the bank's organizational objectives effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Underwrite CV & CE proposals for loan customers following established policies and procedures to meet SLAs and manage area business volumes efficiently. - Conduct personal discussions with customers to evaluate their creditworthiness. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Manage portfolio effectively. **Managerial And Leadership Responsibilities:** - Foster cooperation with the Sales, technology, analytics, and risk teams to ensure seamless business operations. - Collaborate with the Policies team to make decisions within the prescribed framework. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation: Any - Post-graduation: Any - Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience.
