Job Description

As a Training Manager for Micro Business Loans, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation and expansion of the First Step Micro Business Loan product. Your main objective will be to provide comprehensive training to the bank's retail staff, empowering them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively promote, sell, and service this specialized loan offering. By collaborating closely with the retail team, you will contribute to business growth and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with sales leadership to create tailored sales playbooks and scripts for the micro business loan segment will be essential. Monitoring sales performance metrics, providing coaching to improve conversion rates, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies are also crucial aspects of your role.
